Fulham were destroyed 5-1 by Southampton in a behind-closed-doors friendly, with Tom Cairney playing 40 minutes in the tie.
Oriol Romeu opened the scoring in the first minute, before Charlie Austin bagged two goals, with Pierre-Emile Hojberg getting on the scoresheet to make it 4-0 at half time against a fairly strong Fulham side.
Austin got himself the matchball in the second half when he scored his third, with Ibrahima Cisse getting a consolation goal late on for Slavisa Jokanovic's side.
It was a good run out for the side but concerns will be raised at the ease of which the Premier League outfit went 4-0 up against a side the contained a number of first team regulars.
