Fulham boss Rene Meulensteen plans to field a strong side for tomorrow night's FA Cup replay against Sheffield United.

The Dutchman changed his entire starting XI for the 1-1 draw at Bramall Lane last time out to rest his first team for a Premier League clash against Swansea just 48 hours later.

However, the Craven Cottage chief will field some of his stars, coupled with some of the club's talented youngsters, for the fourth round replay.

None of the new signings are eligible to play as they weren't registered in time for the first game, while Sascha Riether (calf) and Kieran Richardson (foot) are injury doubts.

But defender Fernando Amorebieta should be in the squad after returning to training this week.

"We don't have any major problems," said Meulensteen.

"Fernando Amorebieta has made good progress and is back in training. Sascha Riether's got a tight calf and Kieran Richardson had a knock on his foot.

"It's a great competition to be in and is a good opportunity to utilise the squad and blend in some of the young players to give them experience.

"The team that will play tomorrow night is a very strong team."
