Fulham goalkeeper David Button is remaining fully focused on the job after a difficult night between the sticks at Derby.

Whites fans panned the former Brentford stopper's performance in the 4-2 loss at the iPro Stadium and Slavisa Jokanovic knows it was not the keeper's best game.

However, the Fulham boss revealed that Button has been working hard on the Motspur Park training pitch for the club's final few games, starting with Ipswich on Saturday.

Jokanovic said: “He's like another part of the team. He can't be satisfied with the game against Derby and he's pushing on, working with confidence and to be ready for the games in front of us.”

Never in doubt: David Button always thought Fulham would win the game

Many Fulham fans want to see Marcus Bettinelli take over in goal and, when asked whether Button would remain first choice, Jokanovic responded by saying: “All the players are still my team.

“All the players must be available to push hard in this last game what is in front of us and all the people show desire and responsibility and stronger work to push hard in the games in front of us.”
