Fulham are the Championship's screamer kings so far this season.

The club's players have scored 13 league goals from shots fired from outside the penalty box according to figures provided by Opta, a quarter (25 per cent) of all of their league goals.

That's a higher number than any other side in the division has managed this season.

Leading the way is the Cottagers' Ross McCormack.

His six goals from outside the penalty area, which include four from direct free kicks, are more than any other player in the top flight has managed.

Indeed, his individual tally is more than what Ipswich, MK Dons, Blackburn, Middlesbrough, Charlton and Bristol City.

By contrast, the Robins have only scored one goal from outside of the area in 2015-16, the lowest tally in the league.

Huddersfield's players have rifled 12 shots from outside the box past opponents' keepers this season, the second highest total in the league. The Terriers' 12 goals represent 27% of their total in the league, which is the joint highest percentage alongside Leeds United.

Sheffield Wednesday have netted 10 goals from outside of the area, the third highest total and a fifth (20%) of all their league goals.

Brentford, Burnley, Derby and QPR have all scored nine long range efforts so far.
