Frank Lampard will leave Chelsea this summer after 13 glorious years at Stamford Bridge.

The England midfielder’s contract expires on June 30 and the 35-year-old has revealed he won't be signing an extension.

He leaves as a Blues legend having made 648 appearances and became the club’s all-time leading goalscorer with an incredible 211 strikes.

Lampard’s time in west London was littered with trophies as he lifted the Premier League three times, won the FA Cup four times, picked up the League Cup twice and conquered Europe by winning the Champions League and Europa League trophies.

Currently in Miami on international duty with England, the veteran has been tipped to move to new MLS franchise New York City FC after this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
