Brentford boss Mark Warburton will hold talks with Martin Fillo in the next month to discuss his future.

The Czech winger has made just four league starts after his season-long loan switch from Viktoria Plzen in the summer and hasn't featured at all since the beginning of October.

Fillo was signed by former boss Uwe Rosler, who he worked with during their time together at Viking, and is yet to make the squad since Warburton took charge earlier this month.

The 27-year-old is well down the pecking order at Griffin Park, and Warburton plans to sit down and hold talks over his future.

He said: "Martin's on loan with us until the end of the season, but we'll speak to him to see what he wants to do.

"The players are the most important thing. They want to play football, but it's a very strong squad and there's lots of competition."
