Fulham are missing five players for Sunday's trip to Cardiff City in the FA Cup.

Whites defenders Michael Madl and Tomas Kalas are both injured and will miss the game, while Neeskens Kebano and Floyd Ayite are on Africa Cup of Nations duty for Congo and Togo respectively.

Chris Martin is also absent, claiming to be injured, while remaining keen to return to Derby but Slavisa Jokanovic has promised to play his strongest possible team.

“We are without Floyd Ayite, Neeskens Kebano, Michael, Madl, Tomas Kalas and Chris Martin. We will choose from the players available we have for the game – our best team,” he said.

Jokanovic is hopeful that Madl can return sooner rather than later with his injury.

Kalas has proven himself vital to Fulham and his injury has led to the Whites not looking as solid at the back.

He added: “Michael Madl can be available to play some part soon. Kalas is not working with us so we have to care about him and I expect after this game he will be available.”
