A former Hillingdon Borough winger will be aiming to give Chelsea a run for their money on Saturday.

Yannick Bolasie began his senior career at the Ruislip side, spending the 2006-07 season with the club, which was playing in the Southern League at the time.

The 25-year-old will be lining up for Crystal Palace against the Blues this weekend with the Eagles aiming to end Jose Mourinho's unbeaten start to the season.

And according to Richard Cawley from the South London Press, Bolasie's will be one of the men that Mourinho's team will need to keep a close watch on if they are to avoid a repeat of the shock defeat they suffered at Selhurst Park last season.

"He's quick and tricky and can be a real handful for any defence on his day," said Cawley. "Some of the things he tries don't come off but he tries his heart out."

Eagles captain and Australian international Mile Jedinak is the second player that Cawley has identified.

Jedinak, who has earned more than 50 caps for his country, joined Palace in 2011 and he will be the one responsible for trying to containing Chelsea's creative stars.

But according to Cawley he is more than capable of doing just that.

He said: "Mile doesn't do the eye-catching stuff but will be at the fore for Palace trying to make vital interceptions.

"He needs to contain [Cesc] Fabregas, although there's plenty of other players that can hurt them."

The third player has probably been kept awake at night a lot lately - but it has nothing to do with him worrying about facing in-form striker Diego Costa.

Julian Speroni has just become a father again and Cawley admits the 35-year-old Argentine, now in his 10th season at Selhurst Park, will need to be at his best.

"His shot-stopping is up there with the top goalkeepers," Cawley said. "He will need to be on his toes.

"He's just become a dad for the second time, so hopefully he's had no sleepless nights because he'll need to be razor sharp."
