Chelsea have benefited from red cards more than any other team in the Premier League this season.
Jose Mourinho's side have seen their opponents' players get sent off seven times in just 27 league games this season.
In fact, just over 13 per cent of all Premier League red cards in 2014-15 have been shown to players lining-up against Chelsea.
West Ham have seen six of their opponents' players get red cards, the league's second highest number.
Stoke's opponents have seen the third highest number of red cards, four, while a further seven clubs have had three of their opponents' players sent off in games against them.
The average Premier League team has seen 2.6 opponent players sent off this season, slightly less than the football league average of three.
Chelsea's opponents haven't seen the most cards in the country though.
Wycombe Wanderers and Bournemouth have both seen their opponents receive nine red cards when playing against them this season.
Both have played more games than Chelsea though, and all three clubs see an opponent get sent off once every four games on average.
However, Wycombe have only had one of their own players sent off in the league this season.
That means that Wycombe's opponents have had eight more players sent off than Wycombe have themselves - the biggest difference in the country.
Chelsea , West Ham and Stoke have the Premier League's largest difference in their favour, with four each.
By contrast, Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, and Newcastle have all had three more of their own players sent off than their opponents have, while Swansea have had four more of their own given their marching orders.
Newcastle are one of just five teams in the football league who have not seen any of their opponents sent off in the league this season, though have had three of their own given an early bath.
The Magpies, Gillingham, Cheltenham, Rotherham and Blackpool have each played all of their games against 11 men for the full 90 minutes.
The worst difference in red cards awarded for and against them belongs to Notts County.
Just one of Notts County's opponents' players has been sent off compared to seven of their own.
That also happens to be the highest number of red cards dished out to a team so far this season in the football league.
