Jose Mourinho is scheduled to return to Chelsea with Manchester United on October 22, although the match is certain to be picked for live coverage by either Sky Sports or BT Sport.

The Portuguese boss was axed by the Stamford Bridge hierarchy in December after he presided over the club's worst season in the Roman Abramovich era.

After six months out of work, he was named as Louis Van Gaal's successor at Old Trafford and will be taking his spot in the visiting dugout in October.

The Special One has stood in the visiting dugout before, during his time as Inter Milan boss in the Champions League.
