Antonio Conte wanted a bit of a jog before he ran the gamut of assembled media at the Chelsea training ground.

Twenty minutes after it was due to start the boss arrived not a hair out of place, but a lot fitter as a result to deflect any notion of naming a price for man of the moment, Eden Hazard.

The man reborn under the Italian boss is an integral part of the team, and Conte was not about to put a number on his head.

“I am not very good to put a price on a player," Conte said.

"I think Eden is a great player, a top player. He is a on a high level.

“But I don’t see a problem because we don’t want to sell him. There is no price on him.”

Almost in the same breath, and no sign of panting from his plod, Conte believes Chelsea are far from home and hosed on the Premier League title, even if they are 12 points clear at the summit.

“Honestly, I think there are six teams that are very strong that can fight to with the title," he added.

“Manchester United, yes. They have a strong squad and we must know this.

“If we think that we have nine points and are very close to winning the title it is a great mistake. There are 14 games to play. There are five teams, with Chelsea six, that can fight to win the title.

“It is important now not to do a great mistake in this race.”

Knee: David Luiz (C) of Chelsea celebrates scoring at Liverpool

In order to maintain the gap, it looks as if Blues can call on the services of David Luiz for Sunday's trip to Burnley despite a knee problem.

"David is available, he is playing with a little pain in his knee, but he is a warrior, he is playing very well and is showing me great attitude and will to win, even if he plays with a bit of pain," said the boss.

And as for the Clarets themselves, Conte thinks it won't be a cakewalk on their own Turf (Moor).

"Burnley took 28 points at home, only one away," he said.

"They won the last five games, they score a lot at the end of the game.

"The stats show they are a really strong team at home. They are third in the table for teams at home. We must pay great attention."
