Cesc Fabregas doesn’t think referee Anthony Taylor will be able to sleep tonight if he watches Chelsea’s draw at Southampton back on television.

The Blues midfielder was booked for diving in the 1-1 stalemate at St Mary’s when he went to the ground under a challenge from Matt Targett.

Replays showed there was contact on the Spaniard and Fabregas is the latest in a spate of Chelsea players to be accused of simulation in recent weeks.

Fabregas was fuming at the referee’s decision not to award a penalty and risked incurring the wrath of the FA with his post-match comments.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho branded the decision scandalous and accused other Premier League bosses of creating a campaign of hate against his players.
