Cardiff City manager says the referee will be disappointed when he watches replays of the two Cardiff goals he disallowed in the 2-1 victory over QPR.

Fouls by Junior Hoilett, and then Sean Morrison convinced the referee to chalk off the goals meaning that the game was a lot closer than it perhaps could have been, and Warnock says common sense has to prevail.

He said: "The referee did his best to keep everything on tact and exciting by keeping it close, because the two goals he disallowed, he’ll be very disappointed when he sees them.

"They’re the only two mistakes he’s made all afternoon.

"He says Junior pushed him, it’s shoulder to shoulder minimum, Junior is not 7ft 6.

"If he gave fouls for that then he’d be giving 20 penalties every week.

"The one from Morrison, there’s no-one near Morrison when Ken (Zohore) scores.

"You’ve got to look at peoples’s responses, not one QPR player complained when Junior scored. That’s where referees probably don’t understand that part."
