Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock has hailed QPR stopper Alex Smithies, and says he's surprised that no Premier League team has made a move for him.
The stopper was in fine form once again against the Bluebirds, and Warnock said that he's the best he's seen for many years.
He said: "We created some chances. Smithies had no right to get to some of those saves, I thought he was brilliant today.
"If I was in the Sunday People I’d be giving him 10 out of 10, in my marks!
"He’s been good for 18 months now. When you talk about the Premier League i’m surprised nobody has come in for him because he’s the best I’ve seen for many years."
