Brentford FC's pre-season friendly schedule for the summer has been revealed.

The Bees travel to Boreham Wood for their curtain raiser on July 8 before going to a training camp in north west Germany.

While over there, they will take on VfL Bochum on July 13 and return to England on July 15.

The Bees will take on League Two side Wycombe Wanderers at Adams Park on Tuesday, July 19, kicking off at 7.45pm.

Former Bees Sam Wood, Marcus Bean, Paul Hayes and Aaron Pierre are all in Wycombe's ranks, while the Bees lent Wanderers Sam Saunders and Nico Yennaris last season, as well as Jermaine Udumaga and James Ferry this term.

There will be two friendlies at Griffin Park in July as FC Kaiserlsautern, who won the Bundesliga in 1998 a year after promotion back to the German top flight, visit west London on July 23.

The following Tuesday will see another team, yet to be confirmed, face Brentford at Griffin Park.

The Bees conclude their schedule on July 30 by playing away at Millwall in a testimonial game for defender Tony Craig.

The centre-back played 127 games for Brentford between 2012 and 2015 and was a firm favourite with the fans.
