Montell Moore is ready to grab his chance with both hands if he is handed his Brentford debut at Dagenham on Tuesday night.

Bees boss Mark Warburton plans to make changes to his side for the Capital One Cup first round clash at Victoria Road, with a number of the players who didn't feature at the weekend expected to be involved.

Moore was an unused substitute in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Charlton Athletic but could be given his first-team debut in east London.

And the 18-year-old, who only signed a professional deal in July, is champing at the bit to show what he can do.

Hoping to impress: Moore is ready to show what he can do

He said: "I'm surprised at how much I've been involved so far but I've worked hard to get where I am. Hopefully I can get my debut, that's my ambition.

"I know it's not going to be easy. If you're doing well in training you've got a chance because the manager has shown he will use young players.

"I've just got to carry on working hard and developing and hopefully I can be involved in some of the cup games."
