Andy Scott has praised his team for being brave soldiers as a bug hits the camp.

Boss Andy Scott said of his team's performance against Dagenham & Redbridge on Saturday: "They did really well considering they hardly trained all week.

"Nathan [Elder] has been unwell, while Charlie [MacDonald] hadn't trained since Tuesday due to a dead leg and only played after a late fitness test.

"In fact, quite a few of the players have been hit with a bug going round. But none of them have complained, they've just got on with it.

"Nathan and Charlie both have different qualities, and they're starting to gel really well."

Scott declared: "We fear nobody in this league. We've had a tough run, and there's some difficult games ahead, like Chesterfield away in a few weeks.

"But if we keep playing like we did against Dagenham, it will be other teams fearing us."
