Brentford new boy Henrik Dalsgaard is among three Bees players called up into the Denmark squad for their upcoming games against Germany and Kazakhstan.

Dalsgaard is joined by team-mates Lasse Vibe and Andreas Bjelland for the games on June 6 and June 10.

Denmark currently sit third in group E, six points behind Poland and only below Montenegro on goal difference.

They are only just clear of Romania and Armenia, who have six points. Kazakhstan have just two points.

Only the group winners gain an automatic place to the World Cup in Russia, while eight of the runners up will take part in a two legged play-off for the final four European places.

Bjelland, who has previously captained his country, has scored twice in 23 appearances. Lasse Vibe, who captained the Danish Olympic team in Brazil, has 10 senior caps for Denmark, scoring once. Dalsgaard has made three appearances for his country.

Elsewhere, John Egan will be off on international duty with Ireland.
