Ollie Watkins leads the Championship, and any of the top flights in Europe, in terms of chances created so far this season.

The Brentford forward has set up 41 attempts, which is five more than Norwich pair Wes Hoolahan and James Maddison and Sheffield United ace John Fleck. Leeds star Samuel Saiz is fifth with 32 chances created.

Watkins has even created more chances than Neymar, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo and any player from the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A or Ligue 1. However, the Championship does have more fixtures than those divisions.

The former Exeter man has taken to Championship football like a duck to water and has also found the net on seven occasions.

Frustratingly for Watkins, of those 41 chances created only two have been converted but he will be looking to add to that total when Brentford face Fulham on Saturday.
