Dan Bentley is happy to draw the ire of opposing fans behind the goal and insists it is water of a ducks back to him.
Goalkeepers are the easy targets for supporters during the game, given their proximity to the fans behind their goal.
Bentley, along with David Button, were on the receiving end of some light hearted banter during the Bees' 2-0 defeat to Fulham prior to the international break.
But the Brentford shot-stopper takes it in his stride and, as long as fans don't cross the line, sees no problem with it.
He said: “It's all part and parcel. I expect it every game anyway. With the two tiers behind the (Brook Road) goal, I expect it.
“There's a line and it's up to the fans to not cross it. It's water off a ducks back to me.”
Some goalkeepers will pretend to ignore the supporters but Bentley will play along with the banter.
He added: “I laugh and get involved. I play involved and be a bit of a clown with them. I laugh at them. It's all friendly banter.”
