Fulham offered thrifty thrill seekers one of the best value season tickets in the Championship last season.

The club’s cheapest season ticket cost £259 last season according to the BBC’s Price of Football survey, and Whites supporters were treated to 36 goals by the club’s players in home league games.

That works out at just £7 per goal. Fulhamites have a lot to thank the 40 goals combined from Ross McCormack and Moussa Dembele even given a relegation threatened campaign.

Only one other club offered a better pound per goal ratio in the Championship.

Reading’s cheapest season ticket set fans back just £135 last season, and even though the club scored just 25 home league goals it worked out at £5 a ticket.

In full cry: Brentford fans

QPR and Brentford went neck and neck, with Hoops edging it in 12th place from Bees 13th position.
