Brentford plan to loan out Paul Hayes and several other players to get regular first-team football.
The former Charlton frontman has featured just once this season – in the Capital One Cup victory over Dagenham back in August – and hasn't even made the bench recently.
And boss Uwe Rosler wants to send the 30-year-old out, as well as a number of other players, to get game time.
He said: “I had a meeting with Mark Warburton and we put together a list of certain players who would benefit from a loan spell.
“That's what we want to achieve, but it depends on all parties.”
