Kamo Mokotjo believes the key to Brentford having a successful season is sticking to their game plan.
Bees fans believe their squad is capable of challenging at the top of the table this season with the quality in the team.
Mokotjo has seen it as well and believes that there is a strong chance of mounting a push for a Premier League place.
However, he knows it's not going to be easy over the course of the season given the quality of the sides in the Championship.
On whether a promotion push was the aim, the South African replied saying: “That's the plan. If we stick to what we do best and we play our football then we have a chance regardless of the losses we might get during the season.
“That's normal. Sticking to our plan is the most important thing.”
Mokotjo is in line to make his Brentford debut against Sheffield United on Saturday.
