Romaine Sawyers is relishing the prospect of facing Manchester United star Henrikh Mkhitaryan when Saint Kitts and Nevis face Armenia on Sunday.

The Brentford midfielder has been called up by the Sugar Boyz to take on Armenia and Georgia, on June 7.

The Red Devils star had an impressive season in the Premier League last term and the 25-year-old has his eyes on adding the exciting United midfielder's shirt to his collection.

Sawyers, while smiling, said: “I’ve got the respect of the dressing room so I think I’ll get his shirt. I got Hazard’s from last year and he’ll be the next big thing.”

Were Sawyers to feature, he would be making his 20th and 21st apperances for his country and the call comes after a season of improvement at Griffin Park.

Sawyers joins the growing contingent of international Bees along with Danish quartet Lukas Talbro, Andreas Bjelland, Henrik Dalsgaard and Lasse Vibe, Ireland's John Egan, England's Ellery Balcombe and Wales' Chris Mepham.
