Josh Clarke is looking forward to taking on QPR when Brentford host Ian Holloway's side on Saturday afternoon.

The Bees youngster opened the scoring in the game at Loftus Road when he cut inside and finished in the first half. Romaine Sawyers made it 2-0 in the second half as the Bees triumphed in W12 for the first time since 1964.

The full back admitted facing QPR will raise a smile but he is going to keep his feet on the ground when he takes on those men in blue and white hoops.

“It'll give me confidence but I don't want to get carried away. I want to focus on getting three points,” he said.

“It's going to be a big game. We're going to have to try and win our last games.”

Clarke has one other goal for the Bees this season, scoring in the 4-1 triumph over play-off chasing Reading in September.
