Brentford have been drawn away to Dagenham & Redbridge in the Capital One Cup first round.

The Bees beat the Daggers 3-2 at the same stage last season thanks to Farid El Alagui's brace and a Martin Fillo strike.

And the sides will lock horns again after being paired together in this year's draw.

Mark Warburton's men will travel to Victoria Road in the week beginning August 11.

The game will see Brentford star Sam Saunders returns to his former club, while Daggers new boy Liam O'Brien will be keen to impress after being released by the Bees last month.
