Brentford's trip to Norwich has been brought forward to Friday December 22, the two clubs have confirmed.

The Bees were beaten 5-0 at Carrow Road in December last season and will be seeking to avenge that this time around.

And their chance to improve their display in east Anglia will now take place on the Friday instead of the Saturday, which is the final shopping day before Christmas.

Sky Sports are yet to select fixtures for December so this change has taken place without the broadcaster's influence.

It is the fourth fixture already changed so far and the fixtures have only been out for just over a week.

Brentford's trip to Birmingham has been brought back to November 1 due to the second city derby.

The Bees will face Aston Villa at 2pm, instead of 3pm on Boxing Day, while the west London club's home game with Sheffield United will now take place on Good Friday, instead of Easter Saturday.
