Brentford defender Aaron Pierre is among several of the club's development players being offered new deals.

The centre-back has featured twice for the first team this season - in the cup games against Derby and AFC Wimbledon - and has recently impressed on loan at Wycombe Wanderers.

Pierre has featured seven times for the Chairboys since his temporary switch to Adams Park as he tries to keep the club in League Two.

Brentford have also tabled a contract offer to 20-year-old striker Luke Norris.

The frontman has scored once in three games for the Bees this season and has earned rave reviews out on loan at Northampton Town and Dagenham.

Norris netted five times in nine games for the Cobblers, then added another four goals to his haul at the Daggers during the second half of the campaign.

Manny Oyeleke, who spent the majority of the campaign at Aldershot, and Alfie Mawson, who featured in the Conference for Luton and Welling, are also among the young guns being offered deals.
