Aspiring young footballers have an opportunity to meet the Brentford first team squad through the club's Community Sports Trust.

On Friday December 23, boys and girls in years one to seven can come along to Uxbridge High School for the event running from midday to 5.45pm.

They will receive expert coaching through FA qualified staff at the Community Sports Trust, who have partnered with +Sport Move and Learn.

The Bees players will then join the coaches, offering their own words of footballing wisdom to the young players to make a truly memorable day.

Each of the children will then be taken to meet the squad for the chance to get autographs and photos.

Luis Melville, Community Development Manager at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust said: “This will be our fourth Meet the Players event, and I am pleased to have secured such a great venue that will mean the children can get the most out of the coaching available.

“We have a number of events throughout the year, and this is one of the most rewarding.

“When the players arrive and interact with the children, the smiles on their faces is priceless. It is a great end to the year for the trust."
