Brentford winger Florian Jozefzonn believes the Bees need just one moment to kickstart their season.

The west Londoners are bottom of the league after the first four games, although their play has merited more than the one point they have picked up so far this campaign.

Brentford won at QPR on Tuesday night but Jozefzoon knows that winning streak needs to come in the league.

“I think we need that one moment. We need a winning streak and then you can see how everyone stands in a team. The first five matches are important,” he said.

“We've done well but not in points. We need to be good in play but not in points and if we get that, it's going to be nice.

The Bees have missed chances and Jozefzoon feels that he should be off the mark for the campaign but is confident he will find the net.

“I feel I could have scored this season. You don't miss on purpose and when it's going to be, it's going to be fine,” he added.

Jozefzoon has featured in every game so far this season but with Sergi Canos and Jota returning from injury plus Ollie Watkins and Josh Clarke impressing, he knows he faces a battle to continue that streak.

He explained: “It's really nice as we give the head coach a headache. It's normal in a team when you give everyone competition and you train hard to play.”
