Brentford recorded a superb 2-0 victory over Leeds United to make it three wins on the spin.

The Bees carried on their recent form as they took command in the first half.

They took the lead on 19 minutes with the dangerous Sergi Canos rifling a shot that was too hot for Rob Green to handle.

Although he pushed it wide, Romaine Sawyers drilled the ball home from a narrow angle.

Canos was at it again soon after as his cannon of a shot was too strong for the Leeds stopper again with Lasse Vibe burying the rebound.

Leeds failed to threaten too much, despite their lofty position in the league with any saves Dan Bentley made being ones you expect him to.

Here's how we rated the Brentford players.

Daniel Bentley – The Brentford goalkeeper made the saves he needed to make and his range of passing has continued to improve. 7

Josh Clarke - The full back was lively going forward and caused the Leeds defence problems. 7

Harlee Dean

Harlee Dean – The captain had Chris Wood in his back pocket all evening and produced some superb headers, especially with the dangerous New Zealand striker in close attendance. 9

Yoann Barbet – His presence alongside the skipper has provided some balance to the defence. 8

Rico Henry – Another strong display from the young left back as he linked up well with Sergi Canos. 7

Romaine Sawyers – A superb opening goal and some wonderful passes to create chances for Brentford. 9

Nico Yennaris – A shame to see his night ended by injury. Given his ongoing issues there must be a fear his season is done. 7

Ryan Woods – A Ryan Woods performance. Covered every blade of grass as usual. 8

Jota – Showed some flashes of his usual brilliance but not at the height of his form in February where goals and assists came every game. 7

Lasse Vibe

Lasse Vibe – The Dane's work rate was exceptional again as he caused Leeds problems. Deserved his goal. 8

Sergi Canos – His shooting continued to cause Rob Green problems. 8

Subs:

Alan McCormack (for Nico Yennaris 67) – Strong performance. 7

Florian Jozefzoon (for Sergi Canos 73) – Unlucky with a shot. 7

Konstantin Keschbaumer (for Ryan Woods 85) – Not enough time. N/A
