HARROW Borough got their pre-season campaign off to a good start with a comfortable 3-1 win away to Croydon Athletic on Saturday.

New signings Daniel Braithwaite and ex-Fulham striker Ismael Ehui were on target in the first half before another addition to the squad, Blake Goodman, put the game beyond doubt in the second half.

The Earlsmead faithful will now be looking forward to welcoming back former favourite Albert Adomah when he returns to Harrow Borough with League Two side Barnet on Wednesday next week.

The striker, who left to join the Bees in the January transfer window, is expected to play some part in the match, which will be Boro's first pre-season game at Earlsmead.

Before that Borough play another away game at Whyteleafe FC on Saturday.

The only other scheduled home clash will be against QPR on Wednesday, August 13.
