CHELSEA interim boss Rafa Benitez expects Jose Mourinho to return to Stamford Bridge next season.
The Spaniard reiterated this afternoon that he will leave the club in the summer when his short-term deal expires.
Mourinho, 50, has been widely tipped to quit Real Madrid to come back to west London at the end of the season.
The Special One spent three years in charge at the Bridge between 2004-07, helping them to their first league title in 50 years in his first season at the club.
And Benitez believes Mourinho will return to Chelsea in the summer.
He said: "The next year there will be another manager. I think everybody knows who will be here."
