BELSTONE landed the Harrow Sunday Challenge League's Champions Cup on Sunday with a 3-1 final win over Broadfields United.

Belstone, who are managed by Joe Sheridan, took the game to Broadfields from the start and went ahead on 10 minutes when Mark Blackburne's pinpoint free kick was headed home by Chris Ingham.

Mark Blackburne made it 2-0, following a great run from his own half, beating five defenders, before cutting in and smashing the ball home from just outside the area.

A third followed when Jamie Arthur got on the end of a Nick Turner clearance, beat a defender, then rounded the keeper to score.

Belstone cruised through the second half, soaking up Broadfields pressure, and although their rivals did pull one back it proved to be a mere consolation as the impressive Belstone defence held firm to seal the victory.
