AFC Wimbledon secured their first home win since March with an impressive victory over table-topping Burton Albion on Tuesday night.

The Dons ran out comprehensive 3-0 winners at Kingsmeadow and in the process ended the Brewers unbeaten start to the season.

Adebayo Akinfenwa netted his first goals for the club as he notched a brace while Matt Tubbs, who was later sent off, scored the other to lift Neal Ardley's side up to 12th in the League Two standings.

Akinfenwa bagged the plaudits for a Beast Mode display and was also named man of the match in our interactive player ratings, receiving an average of 8.9/10.

The Dons striker was closely followed by George Francomb (8.3) and youngster Ben Harrison (8.2). Sub Callum Kennedy finished bottom of the pile with a respectable 6.3.
