There could be three full debutants in the starting line-up when AFC Wimbledon host Accrington Stanley tomorrow - but on-loan Millwall defender Jake Goodman could be missing.

The Dons yesterday welcomed Craig Tanner to the club on loan from Reading and the forward is registered in time to face Saturday’s opposition.

Fellow January signings Alfie Potter and David Connolly are also ready for their first starts after coming off the bench in the weekend defeat to Carlisle.

However, Goodman’s possible absence is a big concern for boss Neal Ardley given his depleted defensive options.

Mark Phillips is back in training after his injury problems but the weekend will come too soon for him, with skipper Alan Bennett also not yet ready to return.

Ardley told Dons Player: “Jake Goodman had his toe trodden on in Tuesday’s training and is very sore. We’ll get an X-ray on that and see how he is.

“Other than that everyone is fit. Before, the starting XI was pretty much picking itself but now you look and go ‘wow, where are we going with this?'"

Stanley manager John Coleman has lost striker Sean Maguire following his return to West Ham but otherwise has a full squad to choose from.

Meanwhile, AFC Wimbledon’s match at Cambridge United has been rescheduled for Tuesday, 24 February, with a 7.45 pm kick-off, due to the U’s having FA Cup commitments.
