Sammy Moore is relishing the prospect of taking on Luton Town tomorrow.

The Dons travel to Bedfordshire to meet the promoted side who they beat on penalties in the 2011 Conference Premier play-off final.

Moore, the Dons' longest-serving player, is the only member of the current team who also played in that promotion season - although he missed the Luton clash through injury.

And he is looking forward to taking to the field against the Hatters, who will be playing their first home Football League game in five years.

He said: "The atmosphere there is going to be electric. It's a real tough place to go."

The Dons conceded a late equaliser against Shrewsbury on the opening day but often looked threatening going forward, and Moore acknowledged that they need to replicate that against Luton.

"We've got to make sure we turn up," he said. "If we put in the same performance as we did today there's no reason why we can't go and get three points."

Jack Smith is a serious doubt for the trip after being stretchered off with a knee injury in the Capital One Cup defeat at MK Dons on Tuesday night but Adam Barrett returns to the squad having missed the game because he was ineligible.
