Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard grabbed the headlines for his match-winning performance but the Dons more than played their part in last night’s FA Cup tie, with Sean Rigg scooping your man of the match award.

Bayo Akinfenwa stabbed in an equaliser as AFC Wimbledon threatened to spring an upset but they also had to rely on the brilliance of goalkeeper James Shea in the closing stages as the Reds looked to rub salt into the wound.

Neal Ardley’s side were particularly dangerous from set-pieces, delivered superbly by former Norwich City youngster George Francomb, but there wasn’t really anyone in the starting XI who didn’t justify their place.

Rigg performed admirably in the narrow 2-1 reverse to the Anfield club and did everything but score as he repeatedly found himself in attacking positions.

Your votes saw top the pile in our poll  with an average score of 8.6/10 placing him just above Barry Fuller, pictured at the top of this page, who came second in the rankings on 8.5/10.

The three Dons substitutes were the lowest ranked players but didn't have much time to make an impact. Goalscorer Akinfenwa scored 7.7/10 and you can view all the results below.
