The borough neighbours meet at Middlesex Stadium on December 27 and with no New Year's Day programme the return at Chestnut Avenue comes on Tuesday, April 14. Boro complete their campaign at home to Waltham Forest on April 25 and the Woods travel to Ilford.
Uxbridge start at home to Cirencester Town and AFC Hayes travel to AFC Totton, in Southern League Division One South and West.
They face each other at Honeycroft on August 25 before clashing at Farm Park on December 27.
Uxbridge wrap up the season at home to Paulton Rovers with Hayes travelling to Gosport.
* AFC Hayes officials are keen to allay fears that Farm Park is for sale. The estate agent's boards at their ground are merely there to advertise the youth tournament taking place this weekend.
