HARROW Town maintained their stranglehold on MCCL Division three with an easy victory away to strugglers Wycombe House.
Town won the toss and decided to field first limiting the home side to a meagre 161 all out off 55 overs.
Abid Javed (63) and an unbeaten 53 from Victor Jadunath did the damage as Harrow got home for the loss of four wickets in 33 overs.
The 10 points take them another six points clear of third placed Uxbridge.
The second XI drifted precariously close to the drop zone after a disappointing home defeat at the hands of Winchmore Hill.
Batting first only Suco Patel (60) posting a decent score and after his wicket fell they slumped to just 178 all out.
The visitors had little difficulty in making that total hitting 182 for 2 in 34 overs.
The thirds failed to keep up the promotion push as they crashed to fellow promotion candidates Acton.
Batting first Acton hit an incredible 353 for 8 in just 49 overs.
Town's response was poor and in nearly 30 overs they managed a pitiful 62 all out.
