THREE wins and a draw, plus the club's first ton of the season - not a bad weekend for Parkfield and Headstone.
In Saracens Hertfordshire League Division 5, PHCC 1sts dismissed Sandridge for a poor 107, with fine bowling by Ian Schmid (4-34) and Prash Nagarajan (3-18).
In the reply, openers Schmid and Kanabar went cheaply, but Nagarajan (47 not out), Robin Willis (18), and skipper Damian Stalley (21 not out) saw the home side to a second victory on the trot with a seven wicket win.
In a 40-over friendly on Sunday, PHCC faced an Iver Heath total of 197 for nine, Ian Dix (3-33) and Robin Willis (2-32) taking the bowling honours.
In their reply, club captain Chris Emmott made 15 before sacrificing his wicket for the good of the team, and Craig Rivers and Peter Ford soon followed.
But Ian Schmid had the bells ringing with his 111 not out, and Chris McLindon made his highest ever score of 46 not out to bring up a match winning score of 201 for three with 2.3 overs to spare.
PHCC 2nds made 186 for eight at Monken Hadley in Division 9, Vinay Tagger (47) and Ian Dix (46) top scoring. Monken's wickets fell fairly regularly in their reply, Tim Garnons-Williams (3-22) and Nainesh Shah (2-31) the best bowlers, but opener Guinett (48 not out) survived an early appeal for caught behind to steer his side to a draw with 127 for eight.
PHCC 3rds remain unbeaten this season with another great win in Division 13. Batting first, they posted 179 for nine. Skipper Pareet Sodha (3-46), and Thompson (2-24) were the chief wicket takers as their visitors were bowled out for 151.
