Northwood had no answer to Luke Vivian as Chorleywood came out on top in a low-scoring game at Ducks Hill Road.
Opener Daniel Rodgers anchored the Northwood innings with 46 but he received little help from his team-mates before becoming one of Vivian's (5-41) five victims as the home side was dismissed for 128.

The Northwood openers struggled to score after being put into bat, putting just 37 on the board in 17 overs and when rain came and reduced the overs, Northwood's potential total was severely limited. Ranjit Latchman top scored with 37 and Nilesh Patel smashed 30 late on as they made 137 for eight from 47 overs.
Nandiraju (4-49) used the slope to good effect to take quick wickets in the Elizabethans reply and Iyazz Sharif's (4-50) slow left-armers had Northwood in good shape with the opposition on 83 for six. The batting side lost two more wickets but they got home in the final over. [25a0] Robert Fells again scored runs at the top of the order as he hit 85 for the thirds, who with Robert Reeve making 47 reached 198 for eight against Rickmansworth III.
Kuram Rana (3-71) and Paul Reeve (3-56) had the hosts in trouble at 71 for six but that was their final success as Zarin and Bashir took Rickmansworth home without further damage.
