Getwestlondon has teamed up with Swimming Nature to offer one lucky reader a term of free swimming lessons.
Swimming Nature teaches at Fitness First, in Hammersmith Grove, W6.
The company offers a unique approach to swimming lessons. Teaching to very small groups at a time, specially trained coaches ensure that beginners learn correct swimming techniques from the start, focusing on water support, breathing and balance.
The classes are available for swimmers of all ages.
The company’s ambassador, ex-Olympic swimmer Mark Foster, said: “The Amateur Swimming Association recently revealed that a fifth of UK adults cannot swim, but that 2.13m adults are keen to learn.
"The beauty of Swimming Nature is that it helps children and adults alike swim properly from the start, using techniques that elite athletes use.”
