Memories are fascinating things.

We all have them; good ones and bad ones, ranging from the weird to the wonderful.

And what makes them so special is the fact that they are unique to each and every one of us.

We all have our own take on a certain event, an incident or a special occasion for example, and we have that memory with us for the rest of our lives. Nobody can take these thoughts away from us.

Some things in life are much easier to remember compared to others, for various reasons.

It might be to do with a special person being there, or an unusual act by someone or something.
A type of memory that occurs for all of us, every night is a dream. We all have them, every night for more than a few hours.

More often than not, we don't remember them. However, some we do though, for better or for worse.

I am no sleeping expert, scientist, or policeman for that matter, but what I do know is that in order to have a 'good' dream, you need to have slept well.

If you're up half of the night switching from one side to another, I'm sure that the only thing that you will remember the following morning is the fact you had a very bad night's sleep and you couldn't give two hoots about what you dreamt about.

So, to have a good dream you need a good night's sleep, and to have a good night's sleep you need to be comfortable.

And how do you feel comfortable in bed at night? The answer is by sleeping on a comfy mattress.

There are many types of mattresses around, but a memory foam mattress is a good bet if you are looking to invest in something new to sleep on.

Getting a cheap memory foam mattress  is a pretty hard call, as it is possible to argue a case for a number of different sorts, it really depends on your preferences. You can always look at a Memory Foam Review though.

If you are looking for something snug, a 3 foot single would be the best memory foam mattress.
Having lots of space to sleep in is something that we all wish for.

It does appear to be a slightly strange concept as we can only take up a certain amount of space - the shape of our body, stretched out to the max.

However, we always want that little bit more, to feel that extra special.

Memory foam too gives you that extra slice of comfort, allowing you to settle in a position, as the mattress adapts to your body's figure.

This in turn prevents you from turning into awkward positions, giving you strained muscles when you wake up.

So a perfect nights sleep is pretty much assured, well almost anyway. And this brings me back to my initial point.

Having a good nights sleep brings a good memory.

Even if it is just for that instant when you wake up, the moment when you say yes, I had a good sleep is a short but happy memory.

Happy memories are what we all want, all the time. Even for the most ordinary of things, like a nights sleep, is just as important as going on a holiday to the other side of the world.

It is what we make of these things that determine how something is remembered.

Choosing a memory foam mattress for your nights sleep has the potential to provide you with a bucket load of memories.

As is life, there will be ups and downs, which, in sleeping terms means happy dreams and sad dreams.

But it is these memories that will stick with you for the rest of your life.

They are yours to keep, yours to cherish.

Every day will be different; something new to reflect upon, which is why a nights sleep is actually very interesting to think about.

Who knows what the next morning will begin with?

You never know, tonights dream may give you a one of the happiest memories of your life.
