Police have made an arrest following the stabbing of a man in the leg in Trout Road, Yiewsley.

West Drayton police officers were called to the scene at 2.16pm on Monday (October 9) and found the victim, believed to be in his 30s, at the scene.

Paramedics from London Ambulance Service also arrived and transported him to a west London hospital for further treatment.

His injuries have been described ans non life-threatening and are not believed to be life-changing.

Police arrested a man and have taken him to a west London police station where he remains in custody.

No other arrests have been made and no charges have been issued but police continue to make enquiries into the incident.
