A woman was taken to hospital after she was hit by a motorcycle in Wembley on Thursday (May 11).
A crew of paramedics from the London Ambulance Service also attended the incident and treated the woman at the scene.
She was then taken to a central London hospital with injuries which were described by police as "non life-threatening".
The road was completely closed for more than two hours to allow the emergency services to work, which led to a major build-up of traffic .
The road was fully re-opened at around 4.30pm, but it took until around 6.30pm for the residual tailbacks to clear.
