Jessica Lewis, 24, has not been seen since 4pm on that day. She was seen at The Larches, Uxbridge. She is white, approximately 5ft tall with shoulder length black hair.
She has number of facial and lip piercings as well as tattoos on her body. One tattoo covers her left arm and the design includes roses, thorns and butterflies.
Officers believe if she is not in London, she may be in the Bristol area.
Anyone who has seen her or has information on her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line on 101 or Missing People 116 000 quoting reference CAD 10190/09OCT14.
Police are also looking for missing 15-year-old Millie Spencer who was last seen in Ealing, and Hayes teenager Alisha Rhone who has vanished while on holiday in France.
