A 27-year-old woman has died after her motorbike was in a collision with another vehicle on the M4 near Heathrow Airport.

The woman was riding her green Kawasaki motorcycle on the motorway westbound between Junction 4 with the M25 and Junction 5 at Langley at around 10.45pm last night (Monday, December 5) when she was in collision with a grey Mercedes C Class and suffered serious injures.

The woman, from Slough, was rushed to a hospital in Oxford but has tragically died today (Tuesday, December 6).

Her family have been informed.

Investigating officer, PC Victoria Jones from Thames Valley Police, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision or who saw the two vehicles travelling before the collision.

“Anyone who has any information about what happened should contact police as the details could be important to the investigation.”
