Police investigating the murder of an 18-year-old man in Ickenham have made a further arrest.

According to Met Police , a 32-year-old woman was arrested on Wednesday, November 11 on suspicion of murder after attending a west London police station.

A murder investigation was launched by the Homicide and Major Crime Command (HMCC) after police were called to High Road, Ickenham , at 5.35 on Monday, November 9, following reports of a stabbing .

An 18-year-old man was treated at the scene by the London Ambulance Service before being taken to a west London hospital where he later died.

A post-mortem examination held on Tuesday, November 10 gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.

A Met Police spokesman said: “Although officers await formal identification, they are satisfied the deceased is Alfie Stone , 18, from north-west London.

“Next of kin have been informed.”

A 27-year-old man was arrested on Monday, November 9 in connection with this incident and taken to a west London police station.

He has been bailed to return on a date in mid-December pending further enquiries.
