Have you ever walked past some of west London's most pristine looking properties and wondered exactly what is behind those beautiful brass handled doors?

Well getwestlondon can show you.

After a property in Notting Hill went on the market for a staggering £7 million, we took a look inside at Rede Place to see what was so special about the house.

Location is everything when it comes to London prices, and Rede Place is in the centre of Notting Hill, close to Hyde Park.

With five floors all centring around the glass stairwell, the property has more to offer than just standard bedrooms and bathrooms.

Walking into the ground floor, visitors are greeted with a big room, from which two en-suite bedrooms can be found.

Step up to the first floor and you have the kitchen, dining room and reception room, which we're told is "perfect for entertaining guests".

Heading further up to the third floor, the master bedroom can be found, complete with a dressing room.

Turn another corner and another reception room and wet room are all on the same floor.

But it's the other features which push the Sotheby property up by a few notches.

At the top of the luxury home is a decked rooftop terrace, which real estates are claiming is the real winner for property owners.

A spokesperson for Media Vision told getwestlondon : "London has hit a roof terrace revolution recently.

"Our summers might only last a few weeks but Londoner’s really do make the most of it, from hidden spaces on top of private properties to pop ups, the roof top is all the rage at the moment.

"It now seems to be a must have for luxury properties too."

They add that greenery spots seem to be appearing above properties rather than in gardens, with the city being short of big garden space.
